A nebula is a cloud of gas and dust in space. Some nebulas are regions where new stars are being formed, while others are the remains of dead or dying stars. Nebulas come in many different shapes and sizes.
There are four main types of nebulas: Planetary nebulas, Reflection nebulas, Emission nebulas, and Absorption nebulas. The word nebula comes from the Latin word for cloud. They are between 1 and 100 light years in diameter. They are the birth place of stars
Turn your wall into an amazing nebula of ever changing blends of beautiful light. The Nebula Projector effect is unique and captivating. We find ourselves sitting and watching it like we were viewing a movie as it creates a continual stream of new patterns and color blends.
It is powered by two microprocessors with 8 channels of high power LED's. The processors run simultaneous and different blend patterns creating a never ending variety of effects. They have 16 1/2 watt LED's focused on the reflective surface which you can tilt to move the image up or down. The 16 LED's each has a different angle on the reflective surface which add's to the magical nebula effect.
Each processor fades up and down 2 groups of red, green and blue LED's which interact with each other in ever changing patterns. The Projector has 7 selectable programs each with unique blends and effects. The programs in the projector are also upgradeable as we develop new effects.
The videos to the right were made from the projector placed 2 feet from the wall. The images are approximately 6 feet in diameter and can be made smaller by moving it closer to the wall or larger by moving it back. It can also be mounted to the ceiling. It is only 4" x 5" x 2 1/2" tall.
They are linkable so you can run multiple Projectors from the same power source along with our Rainbow Generators and Color Spots.
I discovered the Nebula effect by accident while working on another lighting project.
Each Projector has 2 power jacks like our other lights which allows them to be linked together using 1 power supply.
